Can't redeem rayban meta offer

Is there a way to redeem offers? I've been trying forever and their system asks me to pay in full for Rayban glasses.

Those Raybay sunglasses by Meta look super cool, hafzeakyildiz. I'm sorry to learn that you're having trouble redeeming the offer. Can you talk me through the steps you're taking to redeem the offer? 

What happens if you follow these steps:

Sign in to My Verizon, Navigate to the My Verizon account page, Click on Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses, on us redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans. Review and accept terms, and select Claim offer. You would then be prompted for shipping information, and then a submit button to submit the order.

When I did the redemption I was sure I selected the clear transition green lens black frame glasses…. I’m almost positive I had a choice unless I was not on the correct claim page or website. Does the Verizon smart glasses redemption allow you to choose a specific type of lens and frame color? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!…. I haven’t opened mines yet! Mainly because I don’t think I have the selected glasses but if your saying everyone gets the same type of glasses and I wasn’t paying attention so open and enjoy, I will but I thought we could choose the color and lens type. 
please respond soon, I’ll wait before returning or to wear them.

I also need help please. I was told my the door to door salesman if we got the 80$ a month verizon plan , after 2 months we would be able to get the Meta Ray Bans. I'd appreciate some assistance.  Thank you! I don't even see an option to redeem

We can help you with redeeming this offer. Have you gotten an email stating that you can redeem the offer? Have you checked your My Verizon account under the Home tab? ~Peter

Hello - I am facing similar issues. I've added it to my cart and it's showing my total is $299 + taxes. Can you please assist? It prompts me to pay with my Verizon card and is NOT showing up as free.

I’ve been trying for a week now it won’t take you to the website and the discount code don’t work I appreciate the false advertising you guys have going on.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble redeeming your Ray-Ban Meta offer, Fbgm09. Once eligible, you will see a tile through your My Verizon account that states it is ready to redeem. You must be logged in as the Account Owner or Account Manager to redeem the offer. Please tell us more about what happens when you select the tile, agree to terms and conditions and click on "Go to Website" to start the order. Do you receive any error messages? Have you tried redeeming this from the app or a browser?

I am having the same problem as Fbgm09. 
The redemption code will copy but the link “Go to website” does nothing. 
I have only tried via apps because Verizon’s known issue of saying your password is incorrect when it isn’t prevents me from logging on via browser.

We tried to redeem but it said it wasn’t available until 7/23.  Today it’s no longer in my app or offers.  Need help, have waited patiently for today

I am having the same problem. I go to clock the "Go to Website" button and it does nothing. And when I try to use the promo code on the generic RayBans website at check out it says the below... PLEASE HELP I've been spending WAY too much time trying to access something I was promised as I tranisitoned to becoming a new Verizon member. The customer service experience so far has been a 0/10, and the AI experience turned into me getting 20 spam text messages back to back, its insane for what is supposed to be the 'best' network. Please help me resolve this asap before my promo period runs out. This is the error message I get at check out on the RayBan website:

The promo code applied cannot be used on this product

Don't believe the lies. I've been dealing with the poor Verizon customer service for a week. Just lie after lie trying to get the offer that disappeared from my account.

First, let's just go over a few of the general requirments to make sure those are all met. Roughly when did you make your qualifying purchase? What equipment did you purchase to qualify?
