I got WiFi with Verizon and I was told that getting WiFi with them I would be able to redeem a jbl party box speaker and a Nintendo switch on August 7th. Today is August 7th and I did not receive a email nor does nothing pop up on my app about those products. I was trying to see if there is a possible glitch on my app or if I’m still even able to redeem them?

I am having the same issue. I used the chat with someone and they put a ticket in to resolve issue
I did get an email that both items are being looked into and hopefully it will be resolved in about 7 days 😞
