Hi There 👋🏻
SO...I have Verizons 5G Home internet which came with an extender. I have successfully paired the router and extender. After pairing was complete I moved the extender to a spot where it has the solid white light. This means it's in a good spot in relation to the router and is up and running. The extender shows up in the My Verizon app and says it's online, but when I do a search for available networks it doesn't show up. Does anybody know why this is happening or have any ideas on how to fix it? If I'm not mistaken it should show up in networks like any other extender and I should have to sign into it on any devices that need it due to signal from the main router not reaching the area. Am I wrong here, is there something I'm missing?
Thought I would try to figure it out here first. Rather not sit on hold forever if I don't absolutely have to.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

This is a great question. When setting up the extender, it does take all the network information from the router and sets it up the same. So when you're looking for the extender, it is actually named the same as the router, essentially making it one extended network for seamless connectivity. Hope this helps. ~Peter
