Endless Loop with No Support

I am stuck in an endless loop with no way out. There was a problem with how the sales person set up my account which prevents me from being able to connect it to my online account. Without a connected account, I can't do anything online. Without an account pin, phone support can't help me. In store personnel tell me to call support. How can I break out of this loop?

I appreciate your responding to me in a private message, but for the sake of the community, you told me the same thing I have been hearing from phone reps that the store personnel keep refuting that's gotten me nowhere but three separate fruitless trips to stores over the last 10 days with no resolution in sight.
