I became eligible for either the $200 Target gift card or the Samsung Chromebook and I clicked the tile to redeem and it just glitches and took me nowhere. I tried to back out and attempt again and the tile disappeared. Anyone manage to figure this out?
I spoke with 2 messaging reps and both escalated the situation. Was told to wait for emails that I've never received. Been dealing with this since 5/6/24
