New construction - Unable to find address in Verizon system

I have not been able to set up 5G home internet, because the address is listed in the system. How can I add the address?

I know I have been enjoying my 5G Home Internet, and want you to be able to start to enjoy the same, Wara1996. We're here to help! Can you elaborate more on what is happening when you try to set up your home internet? 

Your address should have been validated prior to ordering the service, so I am unsure what you mean about the address being listed in the system.

Hi Joseph, my apologies, I meant that my address is not listed in the system, so I am not able to check the availability

Thanks for that information. In order to check for availability, we do have to validate your specific address. Was the construction just recently finished where your home is located?
