Trying to redeem Amazon rebate/promo reward

I I purchased the 5G home internet service and part of the signing up for the service you got up to $250 Amazon card a JBL sound box and a $200 Verizon gift card. I was looking on a receipt to find out when I had to redeem these items by and it is the 12th of August 2025 I had already talked to representative on chat about not being able to figure out how to redeem the offers and they told me that I would get an email when the time is near. Well it's already been 2 months and I'm still figuring out how to redeem these offers I don't see any information about them in my account and they are too important to just forget about can somebody please help me figure out how to reduce promotions so I don't fail to get them?

Did it actually get resolved? 

I'm having exactly the same issue.

I tried so many times with the chat but it got disconnected so many times with no resolution.

I have had the same issue. They said I would receive it in 48 hours and its been 2 weeks since they said that and almost 3 months since I got the home internet.

Yeah same here. App shows my Amazon rebate was processed back on Aug 4th and will be emailed within 48 hours. It’s now Aug 25th. What’s the deal?

I have had Verizon home Internet 2 months not a single problem. Except today it's been out since 5pm west Coast time and I can not get a hold of anyone. Even this app took me 30 minutes to get here
