Wish we switched to Verizon 5G Internet Service Sooner

We switched internet providers about 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier with improved coverage and speed. After setting up the Gateway, we had a couple weak spots at the far end of our home. I called about a Wi-fi extender and received an E3200 the following day. Unfortunately, it was not compatible with the ASK-NCM1100 Gateway so I called again. Cal determined the correct extender and we received the CE1000A the following day. (I must add that we are impressed with fast delivery and no wait time when contacting tech services by phone.) We are now up and running and delighted with the new service. I received a text to rate the call but the link had expired by the time I clicked on it. So I'm here to give Cal a 5***** rating and hope he gets credit for making a new customer happy. Definitely spreading the word. Thanks, Cal & Verizon!
