Calls echo when making and receiving calls

#Calls echo    Nearly all calls echo  when making and receiving calls in zip code 73010 using IPHONE 6 and a 12.  Also experience same with Samsung Note 20. Have to hang up and call again to get a "clear" line. This is a daily phenomena.
