Delivering reliable coverage where you travels take you is definitely important, NorthMiami. I know that I depend on my service where I travel, and I am here to help. Can you tell me more about what specifically isn't working in these areas? When did this issue first start happening?

The internet speed are very slow. Please “ping” the tower’s signals to see what speed you’re receiving at the addresses I have provided. This is an ongoing issue. It been going on for a couple years.
I have been working in this area on daily basis and very frustrating when you have to work on you laptop and there is limited to no signal.

Please escalate to your highest level Verizon network team to so see if they can fix this issue.

Thank you time and attention to this matter.

I looked up the ZIP codes in question, and there's a bunch of water nearby.  Don't know why, but water and Verizon don't get along well...which means you may have to find a different provider.  Have read threads from others elsewhere who report living by lakes or other bodies of water experiencing poor signal strength and lack of service.

If it's only your data speeds being slow but you don't have any problems with voice calls or texting, there are a number of factors which could cause that including but not limited to: deprioritization based upon your service plan, your account not being provisioned properly, using an old SIM card or old eSIM which is not up to date with current network technology, network congestion, using a device which doesn't support all 5G spectrum used by Verizon, and not being on a service plan which is eligible for 5G UW.

Hey SynthpopAddict, water can affect all cellular services and anything that travels over radio waves. A body of water significantly affects cell signal because water readily absorbs radio waves, which are used for cellular communication, effectively blocking the signal between your phone and the cell tower, leading to poor reception or no signal at all when near large bodies of water like oceans or lakes. In addition water surfaces can also reflect radio waves, further disrupting the signal path between the tower and your phone. Utilizing Wi-fi calling when available is a great way to help this issue.
