Business application has been canceled by fraud department with no explanation

I went true the credit process true my business  EIN number and information and was approved for the amount of lines that I was requesting total of 7 lines. My business credit history  is excellent and reputation are high. The Verizon business consulta was very professional and put me in a right plant with all devises. went everything was ready to get finalize he mention the I need to take a picture of my license and my self that's went everything went crazy.  I have try to upload my information few time with  no luck, for some reason the system was not allowing me, long store short got on the phone true the fraud department and a Lady finally with her instruction got my id and picture true.  She ask me few question question for my businesses including billing address and phone devises to be ship. After that she said the application was denied, I ask why and she said was final no exception. after that I have contacted my Business rep and he was shock. Got an email few minutes saying  unfortunately we was unable to validate your information with a phone number to call.  I call and after that the request all my business paperwork to sent a picture to there app, 6 hour later and few phone calls there final decision was application was denied we are the fraud department and that was our decision.  I ask them was was the problem and they said was final no answered.  I'm very offended and insulting for this action, being a small business for so many years and have a excellent credit history looking Verizon decision was very hard to digest. I need some answers.

I have call them few times and no explanation, I will set up file a complaint with the FTC  Federal Trade Commission to investigate this unfair business practice.
