Can’t Link Services to My Verizon

I can’t link my new services to the My Verizon app, even if I try to do so through the account or order number option. I switched from a family account to a personal account at the Verizon Store, so I figured everything would be set up. Anyone have this issue? I’m wondering if maybe my phone number is still linked to the family account and needs to be removed.
