Unable to initate a chat with a tech support

I now have two defunct phones. The first is my busted pixel 7 pro that I had a replacement sent for. The second is my warranty replacement that has an inactive sim.  My old phone is now inactive due to the tech coach "activating my new sim" but now neither works and can only CHAT with a tech coach from my pc.  The chat button doesn't work sooo what  am I supposed to do?

It's been a few weeks since I used the live chat via My Verizon on my PC, but is it because 2FA is going to your busted phones, so you can't login to your account?  You would have to borrow someone's phone or find a landline and call, or visit a corporate store.
