5G equipment returned but still the verizon hasn't cleared the bill

Verizon didn't send the return equipment label for 2 months then I returned the device directy to UPS store 2months back (Dec 2, 2024) but still the bill is not cleared and I am getting regular calls from verizon/third party.

Also they aren't replying on the messages/community.
