back in July I had gotten a new phone without trading my old one which I had given to my sister who needed a phone. I was told that on August 15th my bill would be $157 and that months after it would go back to its normal monthly payment which was $90.21 but now my bills been rising in the $100 dollar range can this problem be fixed
