Can’t call customer service

My line has been barred and I’ve been trying to call Verizon customer service for days. There are a few things I need to sort out, so I need to speak to a customer service agent. I tried the toll free number, says call *611 - then tried that, it says line is blocked. I tried calling so many Verizon numbers, and none of them worked. Tried the support request, still couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Tried a bazillion other things, none worked.
Can someone please please help me to get a customer service agent on the phone like asap. I’m at the end of my tether.

I need to ask about extra charges on the outstanding bill, I need a plan to pay the outstanding amount in installments, and I need to temporarily suspend my line. For the first issue, I have not had any success other than by calling and speaking to someone. So if you will please help me, could you please call me asap to get it sorted.
