hello i have been trying to contact Verizon for some time now to get my final bill statement for my payout for devices. i was told they would send it by mail it has been over a month and i have not received anything. my account is locked due to incorrect password multiple times. cannot reset since I'm not a Verizon member anymore. i need help so i will not go to collections. how hard is it just to get my final statement with buyout info mailed! i was with verizon for over 7 years truly sad.

Numerous ex-customers have reported that disconnected account login link does not work. I have read elsewhere in the forums that you are supposed to be able to login to My Verizon for up to 6 months after disconnection/porting out if you use the User ID associated with the account and not the phone number. If you forgot your User ID, try the link below:

Hi, if you are locked out of My Verizon due to too many failed login attempts, you have to wait at least 24 hours before trying again, otherwise you're just making things worse. Your last bill(s) will come via snail mail and will not be sent until they have generated in the system. This would be at the end of your billing cycle if you were still a customer. So, if you only just ported out/disconnected, the bill will not be there yet.
Another alternative if you don't get the snail mail copy of your bill is to visit a corporate (not 3rd party) Verizon store and the employees can print out a copy of the bill for you. There is also the one-time bill pay site which doesn't require logging into My Verizon:
