Mobile + home loyalty discount suddenly removed

My mobile + home loyalty discount was suddenly removed from my account.
I have been working with Verizon agents for over 3 weeks now to understand what happened. Every time I call in I hear different story and they can’t put it back.
I did not receive an email of the removal of discount reason. But the funny thing is that Verizon is charging me back for that discount I was eligible for.
now I am stuck with devices payments (4lines)
what should I do?
