Not allowed to access my own bill!

I have been trying to get Verizon to give me my billing statements and itemized bill for devices so I can pay it off. I got a promotion for another company because they are saving me $100+ a month. I gave Verizon the chance to save me that amount and they couldn't. My account isn't in collections and they refuse to allow me to access my past bills or give me an itemized bill showing what I owe on these devices. I'm trying to pay you all!! The other company will release those funds to me once they see the itemized bills that I'm asking for. But because Verizon knows why I want it, they refuse to help me. They would rather send me threatening emails to send me to collections than to give me my own bills so I can pay them. I was told on the phone to go to the store. I've never been spoken to so rudely by the rep at the store. Now I can't even get through on the phone because I'm blocked from calling. I am running out of time to resolve this.

If your account has been closed with us for less than 6 months you can access your historical bills and make payment by visiting https://secure.verizon.com/accessmanager/public/c/fu/loginDisconnectedStart
If you visit the link above and still have issues retrieving them, let us know here and we'll take another look with you.

Hello and I really appreciate your fast response. I'm not able to access anything specific on that site. Believe me I've tried. All I get is the unhelpful last statement with a lump sum owed. When I try to pull up past bills I'm denied.

I tried that, but it says my account is locked. We have called and the customer service rep assured us that we could access it...we visited the store...same story. I am just trying to give Verizon money and they are giving me the run-around.

I am in the exact same boat. My husband was on the phone for 2 hours and 47 minutes this morning--LITERALLY--trying to resolve this issue. Our account has been closed because we switched to AT&T. When we tried to pay the final amount, we couldn't. Now, we have been charged a late fee in addition to the final month and cost of our phones ($2800). I have tried calling, the online chat feature (which is a joke), and even went into the store. No one can help me.

Same! I went to AT&T too. I switched to Verizon from AT&T in 2014 and they kept raising my bill. I know it's the way it goes. So I planned to come back to Verizon after AT&T started raising rates but now I'm not so sure about that.

I am having the same problem. I cannot access my bills after disconnecting, and I’d like to know why I am still being autocharged a monthly fee despite disconnecting all lines from verizon back in June.
