Phone/ internet bill help

Hello, my name is alek. I'm in a really bad spot, I have no job and I'm waiting for my disability determination so I can't even look for work. I'm in desperate need of help paying what I owe and I was hoping there was someway to have my bill excused just this once. I can't call the financial services number for Verizon because the automated system won't let me talk to a person.

Sorry to hear you're going through hard times.  If you can't get someone else to help you out for the time being, you'd have to set up a Promise to Pay:

I already have but my promise to pay is almost up

You'll need to ask a loved one if they can help you; otherwise your service is going to be disconnected and will eventually go to collections.  I feel your pain, but Verizon isn't going to forgive bills - that would be leaving them open to everybody asking to be let out of paying their bills.
