I have been a Verizon customer for 27 years. I have never been late with a payment or disputed a bill. I have called them 7 times to reverse charges on my bill and have been told by every representative (which included supervisors) that they would handle this for me. They still have not issued the credit ($527) which I was promised by multiple people. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved!!. I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. I will be telling all my friends and anyone that will listen to not use Verizon wireless!!!
