why the assistant automatically hangs up on me when i call and chose the speak with rep option

this is clearly a known problem and i cant pay my bill cause your stupid ai not letting me speak with anyone should be a 1 min at most fix except i have ben in a unlimited circle and went threw literally every option that had anything to do with money to no avail

We do have reps that can assist with taking your payment but that does come with an Agent Assist Fee. May I ask, did you need to speak with a rep due to a payment arrangement? What was the reason you needed to speak with an agent rather than using one of our many self-serve options?

With this thread being in the Prepaid forum, I'm guessing you're a prepaid customer. If you didn't renew your plan in time and it expired, your service will automatically be disconnected. Since prepaid lines are non-contract, I'm not sure that an expired prepaid account can be reactivated. Might be easier to simply get a new prepaid account.
