Unable to redeem home internet giftcards

I became a member earlier this year, April/May. By signing up for the 1Gig internet plan, I was offered a $100 giftcard, a $200 giftcard, and a TV. I've received the TV just fine. 

I am unable to redeem the two giftcards via the verzion app. When selecting either the $100 or $200 giftcard redeem, I am taken to a constant loading page.

These giftcards are not visible on the verizon website. 

They both expire in 2 weeks and I do not want to lose them.
