Over the weekend, my neighborhood had a lengthy outage. My connection is working again, with very high packet loss (22-34% as measured by periodically pinging 8.8.8.8). I did the standard unplug and plug in, and I'm out of ideas. The support site says there is work happening in my area, but I don't have confidence that this isn't a generic message. I want to find out actual status and ETA. Any suggestions?
