19" HDTV NO set Tob Box or Cable Card

I am planning on having Fios TV installed soon. I will have a Home Media DVR for my three main HDTV's. However in my kitchen and bedroom I have a 19" HDTV in each. With no set up box or cable card, if I just connect the cable and the scan, what Fios Channels can I expect to receive? Below is what is on the Verizon website, however I have been told by two verizon techs that I will only get a few channels...Who do you believe???? Any help is appreciated. "What programs can I watch with my DCR TV without a CableCARD or Set-Top Box?" You can watch FiOS TV Local Standard Definition (SD) and High Definition (HD) local digital channels without a Set-Top Box or CableCARD plugged into the Digital Cable Ready (DCR) slot

If your 19" HDTV has a QAM tuner (check the specs), then you will get the local SD and HD channels, as well as the music channels.  You will not get any cable channels.

If your 19" HDTV does not have a QAM tuner, then you won't get anything.
