Does anyone know if the COM law is in effect yet? I love FIOS tv, but the volume difference between regular broadcast and commercials is driving us nuts! It's really annoying when commercials for local businesses come on. Can anyone do something?
The CALM law went into effect December 13th.

Note: I found that the FCC website didn't work very well. I hope you have better luck.
