Bad Gateway Message When Trying Remote DVR

The website does not allow me to program my DVR remotely.  The site displays a message that states "Bad Gateway"  and unplugging/rebooting the box has not resolved the issue.  Is there something that needs to be done on Verizon's side before this will work or do I just have a bad box / router?  Thanks in advance for your help!

our techs are aware of this issue and have been toubleshooting the root cause.

same problem, resolved when vz reset port forwarding on router.  lost power to router and problem is back.  pm sent.  help!?
