I have a Ceton InfiniTV cable card tuner and I can't view TV in Windows Media Center. I get a message that "Service is Unavailable". When I go to tuner diagnostics in WMC I can view live TV in the thumbnail window. I am told that some service providers are using SDV and if so I will need a tuning (TA) adapter to access SDV channels. I talked to a tech service rep who did not know the answer. I think I am having other issues with not being able to view live TV except in the diagnostic window thumbnail and any suggestions to solve them would be helpful. I have been able to watch live TV in the past but have not been able to maintain a stable platform with connectivity never lasting more than a few weeks. I have reinstalled Ceton's software and drivers and did a full re-install of the Windows OS (Windos 7 Ultimate 32 bit) without success.
