FIOS TV Caller ID in Washington State and FIOS TV Central

Hello,  I just subscribed to FIOS TV.  I have had the FIOS inernet for some time now and was very excited about the TV product that they had available.  My question is how do you get the FIOS TV to show your Caller ID.  I have Verizion Freedom Essentails with the OnePoint Voice Mail.  I also have caller ID and caller waiting/Id.  I do not know how to incorproate the two (FIOS TV and Phone) together.  Another issue I have had is the FIOS TV Central online.  It will not accept my password and user name from my verizon.net account, which I know works.  I have called tech support who eventually sent me to billing who sent me to e-comerce who sent me to orders who gave me a ticket number.  This was after being on hold for 1.5 hours.  Does anyone in this area... or other area's have any advice??

The Caller ID feature on the TV screen is supposedly in a future update down the road, it is not available yet.

When you put in your name & password on the Central TV website, check off the .com option, not the .net one. I don't know why it's like that, but that's how it works.

Thank you for your replies!  I hope the caller id on the TV comes out soon!  I think that it is a great idea!  As for the FIOS TV central.... it doesn't matter if I use .com or .net, it still says that I am not a FIOS subscriber.  I think this is something that I have to wait on hold for 3 hours to get an answer for. 😞  Thank you for trying to help.
