HBO GO Sign in Error

Hi,
I'm a new FIOS subscriber and I have the extreme package with HBO/Cinemax.
I recently found out from a friend that I can sign up for a free HBO GO since I'm a subscriber. I actually did and I used Google Chrome when I registered and logged in. I was able to watch one movie and while watching my Google Chrome crashed.
I reopened Chrome and tried logging on HBO again. However, I'm presented with this error message:
Sign in Error:
This GO ID is currently signed in on another computer. Please sign out of that computer or try again later.
However, I'm NOT logged in anymore. I waited for quite a while and still nothing.
I tried logging in using Firefox and IE and it presents me with the same error. Mind you, I've been in the same computer all the time.
I already tried clearing the cookies and everything, nothing.
Please help.

It's already fixed. I just rebooted my router and it got fixed.

I'm having the same problem! I unplugged my router and turned it back on. Still the same problem. please help!

Without being there, it sounds like a computer issue rather than a Verizon issue.
Go to Task Manager, Processes, and make sure to "End Process" of whatever browser you are using. Sometimes, even if the browser is closed, it can still be present in the "Processes."
