How do you get tivo to work with HBO?

I recentley upraded my tivo and I had HBO working and now my new device is no longer HBO friednly. I spent an hour on chat support to get my cable card paired/activated and the rep said it was already activated but HBO is still not working. What is the magic word to get tech support through chat to get my tivo HBO ready?

The magic words are "cablecard validation."

I thought the magic word was "pairing".  Either that or abracadabra Smiley LOL
