Latest guide on Internet?

As a newbie to FIOS TV I'd like to know if there is up-to-date gude,  besides the guide that you see on the television set,  that you could go to on the Internet.  I would like to see if a particular show is going to be available tonight for instance but I am not home to see what will be showing.

You can log in to the FiOS TV Central site and access the TV guide for your home location.
