No audio settings in STB DCT700

Trying to get into the audio settings off of the main menu for my DCT-700.  Does anyone know why there would be no option for audio settings in these.  According to the Fios self-help, it says there is an audio setting to control the STB volume.  However, it does not appear of my main menu.  Anyone know why?

Preetty sure the only thing you can control on DCT is channel number.
has no guide and no settings.

Only can change channel numbers and what channel the RF output is set to on the DCT-700.  Absolute bare bones, SD only box.
