Picture breaks up

I am having trouble with commercials breakin up. FIOS ads are among the worst. Does not happen on all channels. Really bad on TVLANd and ESPN. Any remedies?

Yeah, I find it strange that the Fios commercials always seem to look like a live stream from dial up, lol.
