Purchased eSATA expander, have new DVR STB, need IMG 1.9 for them to see each other

Hello,

I purchased the DVR expander via Verizon's WD link and now have the newest DVR, but the STB still does not see the expander.

It looks as though I need the software upgrade to IMG_1.9 for the issue to be resolved.

I live in Rockaway Park, Queens, NY and was wondering when that will be pushed through, or if one can request it via tech support.

It is rumored to be distributed to the last area on 10-JAN-2012.  Verizon NEVER releases actual dates.

No uou can't request it, it is pushed to a wide area in one shot.
