REDZONE NOT WORKING 5 WEEKS IN A ROW

Will someone PLEASE HELP with this issue??? I do not know what to do anymore!! Literally five weeks in a row on the phone and on these forums NO ONE HAS HELPED ME what do I have to do??????

This is the 4th out of 5th week I dont have Redzone.  Last time I had it was week 2.  I would love assistance as well, please and thank you.

Still not working for us - 2nd wknd for us - thought last weekend was a fluke until still blank this weekend also - both HD and SD channels. Please fix!

My channels are all accessed via cablecard as well.  My FX and Redzone are not coming in.

It is really done on a case by case basis.  Some of the customers have cable cards and are unable to add Redzone via the remote, so I have to contact IT to add it on.  But if you're still having an issue message me directly.  And I will see that it is addressed.
