Save until deleted--happened automatically --Deleted programs automatically

This has just started here in Danvers, Mass.  Called our guru tech and he informed me that he hadn't heard of this.  Even though we still had 30% available on the DVR to record, two of our favorite shows --Raising the Bar and Mad Men--were permanently deleted with no regard to Priority Listing!

You're not setting all your programs to "save until delete" are you?  That can cause problems.


The priority listing is not used to determine the order of deleted programs.  The DVR deletes the oldest programs first.
