I have the 500 gb Motorola DVR and have quite a few recordings stored on an external hard drive ( it is the recommended WD model). When I try to play any recordings that were recorded prior to 7/9, I get an error that they cannot be played although full information is available. Is it possible to retrieve the shows or am I out of luck? I can still play recordings after 7/9 withoutAndy issues whatsoever.
Sorry to hear about the recording troubles. Have you tried running the autocorrect on the box? Please press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. Please let us know if further assistance is required.
