What happened to free On Demand movies

Free movies are no longer On Demand. In Norfolk Va. Beach.

What Happened???

Cox Cable has many more free options On Demand that Verizon.

Verizon reshuffled some titles, take a look around, they are still there. There is now a folder called Free, it might be in there.
