Wrong set top box sent. Help!!!

The wrong set top box was sent to me.  I was doing the upgrade.  The first box that was sent to me wasn't delivered.  It was returned to Verizon.  Never made it to my place.  Replacement was sent but it is not one that I can record on.  Can't do it online because of the original screw up.  What do I need to do to get the correct set top box.

You need to contact Verizon.  Recommend you use chat instead of phone.

I used chat, but they were useless.  Finally called Verizon and after an hour on the phone hopefully problem was solved.  

chat told me to contact verizon business office
