I recently downgraded from a HD DVR set top box to a DCT 700 - which is a simple digital converter. I can no longer use my iPhone as a TV remote. In the iPhone app, it does not recognize or find the DCT 700?
Is the DCT 700 compatible with the iPhone TV remote app? Or do I need to do something else to get this to work?

The DCT 700 is a pretty "dumb" box and I don't think it's supported by the FiOS Mobile app.
As PJL said, Digital adapter is not controllable remotely as it has no IP capability.
That is why is doesn't have guide or VOD.
