interactive menu not working

The interactive guide, dvr, and on demand are not working on the main box and the mini. I have unplugged it, checked the cables, check the splitters, and nothing works long term. Problem started with channels locking up then one day the menu stopped. sometimes the menu will come back for a brief moment then the channel lock. I have done all the self help options and nothing works. How do I go about getting a new main box?

Loosing the guide and DVR is usually a symptom of bad coax or splitters. If you checked alll that, then it is possibly a problem with the Router, VMS box or ONT. Did you look here and see if the problem shows up in the connections?
Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Connected Device Status
If you highlight a device, then click the OK button on the remote it will give you statistics on the device. It could help you narrow down the problem before you call support to authorize a replacement.
