How do I turn on mobile Hotspot?

The hotspot feature on your phone, or is it a Jetpack mobile hotspot or some similar hotspot device?

This might help. -

iPhone:

• Open the Settings app.
• Tap on Coonectiona or Network & Internet.
• Select Mobile Hostpot & Tethering.
• Toggle on Mobile Hotspot.Selecy Mobile Hotspot 
  Android

  Opens Settings App.
• Tap on Personal Hotspot. 
• Toggle on the Personal Hotspot option.

I don't have personal Hotspot it says mobile Hotspot and I can't use it until I allow it to be used on this app but I don't know where to if to allow it to work.

What make/model device do you have?  Someone with that same device might be able to help.

What make/model device do you have?   Normally, with a mobile hotspot activated, your device provides a WiFi signal that other devices can use to access the internet.
