LTE Network Extender dropping calls

I have an LTE Network Extender and after setting it up it shows full strength most times throughout the house with five bars on my phone.  However, calls are constantly dropped, and people say they can't hear me.   I confirm I'm under network extender coverage by dialing #48 but the calls still drop and there are still issues when on calls.

I know I would share your concern about dropped calls while under the network extender, eboester. I am here to help. When did this issue with dropped calls under the extender first start happening? What results do you get from a speedtest with your home internet? Who is your home internet provider?
