Hello, Does anyone remember the December 2024 deal for Samsung phones? I remember it being with qualifying trade in you get a free new phone and choice of tablet or smart watch. I was told by the rep that my plan was going to be less and I was surprised when it was a little more. Fast forward to now, totally own I should have paid attention earlier, and I see I have been charged for the phone every month. Any one else run into this issue of being charged for a device during one of these deals?
