Never received BOGO credit for iPhone 15

I purchased an iPhone 15 in Dec 2023 as part of a BOGO promotion. I just found out last week that I’ve not recieved any of the monthly credits for the BOGO promotion , and have been paying for both devices for 16 months. Verizon reps are unable or unwilling to process the refund of the 16 payments I’ve made on a “free” phone. I’ve been a customer for 13 years and feel no other choice but to cancel all lines. I feel I’ve been taken advantage of .

So what is going to be done ? I just spent another hour on the phone with customer service a day ago for them to tell me for the 10th time that somebody was gonna call me back for 10 of my phone calls five hours of my life. They have told me that they were going to create a ticket and that someone would call me when I call 611 every time I call back no ticket has been created. You reached your own contract. Your customer service agents don’t offer any customer service whatsoever nobody besides somebody in India ever hears any complaints nobody ever takes care of anything at Verizon

False. This is the EXACT WORD FOR WORD response I’ve been getting for a month. And no one had done anything at all. Not one step has been taken to resolve this issue ..

Verizon has admitted a mistake they made on our account.
I received a iPhone 15 for free with paid off trade in and the purchase of a IPhone 15 pro max in Dec 2023. We recently discovered that Verizon never activated the promo on our account. So after finding out by mistake that we’ve been paying for phones and paid them off that were supposed to be free we contacted support. 2 decade customers so we thought this will be easy to resolve.

this is a nightmare.. 11 phone calls , 7 hours on the phone. 10 tickets that were supposed to be created and told to us they were created were actually never created at all.
the 6 managers that were supposed to call us back. Never a single call.
the emails to resolve the issue never came through to us.
and again not one store I call can do anything. Verizon customer support looked back into our account and actually verified that we are correct and that Verizon made a mistake and we are owed that money back.
but when it comes to getting the money there’s no one person that can do it for us !
their customer service “over seas” don’t give a care at all and they just straight lie to your face that something will be done.
I’ve heard it all from so many agents.
it’s all the same lies though. Word for word.
so now I know what their training course is.
JUST LIE TO THE VERIZON CUSTOMERS.
