Promotional Rebates

I have only gotten 1 of the promotional rebate offers I received after signing up for Verizon whole home - my receipt says I have to redeem by Nov. 1st - For Amazon Gift Card , 2nd Verizon Gift Card, and XBox accessories, but I cannot find anything on the MyVerizon website about these offers nor have I gotten any other emails - may I please get some assistance on how to claim these rebates before the apparent deadline. Thanks
