SWITCH CARRRIER REBATE

I switched to Verizon from AT&T and it is the worst mistake. 7 months later im still waiting and still fighting with Verizon to get the pay off old phone rebate. Iv spent over 12 hours on the phone, 10 hours in the store ; spoke with multiple managers and haven't got anywhere. 2 years and 5 month until Im done with Verizon.

Hi, the Switcher Rebate and the pay off your old carrier phone rebate are 2 different promotions, and promotions cannot be combined.  But if you didn't get either one of them...
