When $200 gift card become available?

I ported my phone numbers from T-Mobile to Verizon on April 26, 2025, as part of the recent iPhone ProMax promotional offer. At the time, I was told that a $200 gift card would be sent to my email address as part of this promotion. As of today, nearly a month has passed, and I have not yet received any communication regarding the gift card. How long does it typically take for it to be delivered?

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the issue of gift card promotion was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with gift card promotions, common things that can occur are promo requirements not met within the first 45 days or submissions not completed at our rebate centre. All Verizon customers can also check out the "my orders" section on the My Verizon app to see all promotions that can be redeemed.
