The full user manual is available from the device support page on the the Verizon Wireless website or the manufacturer's website.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

FYI also there is tons of info on the web easily found with a Google search of Motorola Razr/Razr Maxx and also you can try searching YouTube for some videos
I always found if a had a question about how to do something when I first got a smartphone you can almost guarantee that somewhere on the web someone has asked the same question and received an answer on how to fix it

I am not impressed with this phone and its apps. Poor tutorials. No manual .. if that would even help. Definetly not user friendly.
The Droid Razr is my first smartphone too, so I understand your feelings. Here's some of the places I find help and hopefully they will be useful to you too.
- Online Droid Razr manual If you prefer a printed version, you can go here and request Motorola to mail you one. You may have to sign in to the Moto site first.
- Verizon's Razr Simulator. Very useful "hands on" tutorial.
- Android 2.3.4 User Guide. Many of the things you think of as being "your phone" are actually the Android operating system. So if you have questions about using Mail, Browser, Maps, etc., this is where you'll want to look.
And, of course, the forums! Not everything is covered above but if you can post a clear question, most of the time someone here can help. I've also called the Verizon support numbers and found them to be very nice and helpful as well.
Before long, you'll be giving help to others! ![]()

Thank you, I stayed with a flip phone until now. I am using the droid.
Life is very good.
